Calipso was born in 2008 from the combination of local cooperatives in the west region of the Somme: 
      -Ailly le Haut-Clocher 's cooperative
      -Crécy-en-Ponthieu 's cooperative 
      -Oisemont 's cooperative
      -CAVIM 
      -UCAVIM. 

These original cooperatives were all rooted in their territory. Calipso claims this heritage and is still defined as a nearby Cooperative.

Our mission

• The use of production tools, packaging tools, storage tools and commercialization of their products ;
• The supply of seeds, fertilizers, plant protection products, feed and other supplies.

Cooperative Calipso develops focusing on the quality of its products and its services. In addition, the company must be constantly listening to its members and to remain at the tip of technology to fully play its role. To achieve this, it must practice effective and efficient management, to obtain optimum profitability in each of its activities. 

One of the founding principles of cooperation is "one man, one vote". Thus, whatever the number of shares that may have a cooperative partner, his voice is as dominant as any other member.
